Mobyx respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to how Mobyx collects, uses, and shares information when you access and use the App, including this website.  Please see your VoIP Service Provider’s website for their Privacy Policy.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to information VoIP service providers may collect, process or share.

Information you provide when you visit our Website or when you use our App

We collect and process information which you provide directly to us when you use or interact with our website or the App.

• Call Detail Records of data produced by a telephone call or other telecommunications transactions provided via the App. The record contains various attributes of the call, such as time, duration, completion status, source number and destination number.

We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide your VoIP Service Provider with a service you have requested.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on our website.
